St. Olaf students have the opportunity to participate in a newly created Foundations of Real Estate (FoRE) Certification program. It is a 20-hour, asynchronous, self-paced course that is designed to introduce liberal arts students to commercial real estate.
The program is offered through the Urban Land Institute (ULI), one of the nation’s premier real estate development and sustainability associations. Its mission is to “shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.”
This certificate program would be a great fit for students interested in urban planning, sustainable urban development, commercial real estate, and public policy.
Note: Given the cost associated with the program, selected students must commit to completing the (20 hours total) of online training.
